StrikeFit® is designed for building strength & endurance and learning to create impact that has real life application. The ability to implement force is critical for self-defense, and bag work helps build those muscles.
The program utilizes a wide variety of movements and techniques and training occurs both indoor and outdoor. The workouts are intense and certainly worthy of its name STRIKE - FIT!
